Bios of Strike Team 2 (Lead by Chris)
Seabass Higgins
Seabass Higgins is Chris’s friend going all the way back to 7th grade of school, after moving to Michigan from Indiana. Seabass wasn’t in the ROTC program but was pretty much forced into Xcom by DJ and Chris. Seabass isn’t exactly the most try hard soldier, but he isn’t really the worst either. He has a pretty dirty, but a sense of humor that always seems to be there. He’s weird but quite popular among the gang. Seabass is an assault class, also is Chris. So if one of them is majorly injured, there is a second assault.
Jake
Jake is one of Chris’s best friends and has also known him since 7th grade. Jake isn’t a very serious character and isn’t usually reliable, but when it’s deadly important, he usually has your back. Jake is an outsider originally from Connecticut but fits in well enough. But when with Davis, he can be a real nuisance, but Andrew isn’t any better when around Jake. Jake is a support class, so he and Melanie, who will be talked about later, share the roll of medic, which is nice actually.
Erin
Erin is a sniper and the neighbor of Chris for many years. She is usually really quiet but gets the job done. She is also Melanie’s best friend in the Xcom project.
Austin O’Sullivan
Austin as the others is one of Chris’s long time friends, but from 6th grade instead of 7th. Austin is a talkative guy who likes to joke and with him, nothing is off limits, and we will see a lot that one of his favorite joke topics is Chris’s relationship. Austin is a good friend when he needs to be though; it’s just kind of hard to get him though. Austin is one of the fresher soldiers in Strike Team 2, not being in Chris’s usual squad early on, but eventually is baptized by fire.
Kevin Kelley
Kevin is a pretty small guy. Kevin is one of the original ROTC crew along with Jake. Kevin has known Chris for years, even going back to 1st grade. Kevin has known the rest of the guys for as long as Chris. Kevin doesn’t joke much but is pretty sarcastic and thrives in tight spots. Usually if you don’t think he belongs there, that’s where he seems to do his best. And somehow, he always seems to end up as the point man.
Melanie
Melanie is Chris’s main support class. She has gone to school with him since elementary school but they were never really close until Chris asked her out in their freshman year of high school. Melanie is Erin’s best friend in Xcom. Melanie is a good all around soldier and is a really decent shot. She has a never failing sense of humor outside of combat but unlike most of the others, can put it away on the field. She has a wit that’s as quick as Chris’s and in some spots, more cut throat, but she’s a sweet
person when she’s not picking on Chris for fun. But Chris does throw it back when he can so it’s not one sided.
